Status: It’s about half-way finished. I won’t be able to work on it again until the spring semester ends.

Premise:

A 16-year-old rising high school basketball star with a serious knee injury must prove to herself and to college scouts that she can continue to play ball. Her rehab? The most notorious boys’ basketball club in the country. Based on a true story.

A couple on the verge of divorce takes one last trip to Africa where the wife must escort a babygirl back to America for adoption. All is well until civil war breaks out and the fragile couple is trapped in a war-torn country with an ailing child.
